Most people think that to feel better, to heal themselves, to actually have love, abundance, and to live a more spiritually aligned life, they just have to do more therapy, have more psychedelic medicine journeys, get their chakras cleared by someone, meditate more, and just gain more self-confidence (which are all very good things).
But the truth is, there is one main thing infiltrating all the dimensions of your being that is causing all your issues.
It is the identification with everything except who you really are—the pure light of awareness.
And every single healer, spiritual seeker or practitioner, or just people who are trying to better themselves, who get get stuck here—and stay stuck here—has fallen into one of the biggest and most common pitfalls that is guaranteed to keep them from progressing further on the path of living a life they truly want.
How can you have a life you love if you're not being who you actually are?
It's not possible to have a life that is in full alignment with Source Spirit, that is nourishing to the soul, and is generating vitality, excitement, joy, abundance, and love.
And the worst part? People mean well, but they don’t even REALIZE they’re stuck in the trap that’s costing them their precious time, energy, soul fulfilment, and also an immeasurable amount of lost impact on helping create a new earth (maybe you didn’t realize that either...until now).
This is a trap I want to help you out of.
In this program, I dive into the details of what exactly I mean by that, but overall the cause of your suffering is fear, not knowing who you truly are, and not having been taught how to build the skill of directing your own mind and attention. Hi, I'm Traci
I'm a licensed therapist of over a decade in the California East Bay area, specializing in somatic and transpersonal psychotherapy. I'm also a temple priestess who holds sacred and transformational spaces, and a soul path expert guide.
My approach to working with those who are on a conscious healing and awakening path includes a trauma-informed lens that is grounded by deep spiritual practices and shamanic wisdom traditions. I weave in my background of over 12 years of psychotherapeutic work, energy healing, meditation practice, spiritual and intuitive trainings into my sacred offerings.
