Hi, I'm Traci
I'm a licensed therapist of over a decade in the California East Bay area, specializing in somatic and transpersonal psychotherapy. I'm also a temple priestess who holds sacred and transformational spaces, and a soul path expert coach.
My approach to working with those who are on a conscious healing and awakening path includes a trauma-informed lens that is grounded by deep spiritual practices and shamanic wisdom traditions. I weave in my background of over 12 years of psychotherapeutic work, energy healing, meditation practice, spiritual and intuitive trainings into my sacred offerings.
My mission is to serve and empower the awakening and liberation of all beings by providing access to highest-quality spiritual education, transformational processes, therapeutic tools, and healing systems.
I am constantly honored and deeply humbled that I have the privilege of working with fantastic souls who have turned into my very happy and incredibly satisfied clients.
They have allowed me to guide them through dark nights and hard life transitions, into their next level of life where they have more effective tools, new perspectives, healthier mindsets, and more excitement for what's to come because they get reconnected to the depth of who they really are on a soul level.
But it wasn't always this way...
I was that girl who:
Was shy, but very passionate once she felt safe enough for people to get to know her.
Felt like she was never really understood because she was biracial, so she was never "this" enough or "that" enough.
Walked around carrying shame, deep down feeling like she was inherently a bad person, even though nobody would ever know because she was usually smiling and happy.
Wasn't taught healthy boundaries or self-esteem as a female, so kept giving away her power to others and felt stuck in people pleasing.
HOWEVER,
I dove into personal growth work, self-healing, and spiritual practices, and woke up to Universal Truths.
One major way I did that, was through using this system that I'm sharing here with you.
