From Spark to Flame

Tell me if you’ve ever noticed this fact:
Humans do not do well without a sense of purpose.
Have you ever experienced this yourself?
When you have something to look forward to or something that you're working toward, you have more motivation, drive, and energy to keep you going through the weeks and months, even when it's hard.
But if you lack a future goal or vision that excites you enough to make moves toward it, then you feel more tired, heavy, and can even doubt yourself and wonder if you're "just lazy."
When we have meaningful pursuits, our life feels rich and purposeful.
I think this gets overlooked or, rather, is unclear, because we're all so familiar with the often-used phrase of 'finding our soul's purpose' or our life's calling.
I, obviously, definitely do use those terms because they are true, but after listening to so many of my clients over the years, it seems like finding your soul's purpose has become another thing that we're "supposed" to do, and the phrase itself has had its real meaning shrouded in mystery.
The more sobering truth is that if your spark for life goes out, you start to wither and die. π₯
When we don't really know what we're living for, that's when the feelings of depression can start to set in.
Loneliness, depression, chronic stress, and lack of communal support all lead to earlier deaths.
Here's what often gets missed—the meaningful part of having meaningful pursuits.
If we have goals and are pursuing things that lack deeper meaning for us, we will not feel fulfilled.
This is where the heart and soul come in.
What is truly meaningful to us will AUTOMATICALLY involve the heart and soul.
It just doesn't work any other way.
It is your heart and your soul that tell you what feels profound, and what feels important.
π Your heart and soul tell you what really matters in life.
π Your heart is the gateway to Love, connection, and unity.
π Your soul is the individualized aspect of Source.
β‘When high-voltage life force energy is flowing into you from Source, the spark that is your soul starts to get bigger and brighter. β¨
When our personal sense of purpose becomes aligned with a higher purpose that is greater than ourselves, is when our spark starts to become a flame.π₯
When we start to live a spirit-led life, rather than an ego-led life, is when our life becomes charged up.
The people you see who are daring to follow their heart's visions and who are taking big risks to serve humanity's evolution...the ones who make huge impact...
Those are the ones whose souls are on fire. β€οΈπ₯

My soul got lit by the flame of dhamma for the first time in 2017. βΈοΈ
I was on my soul path since 2010, but it wasn't until seven years later that my spark got IGNITED by Truth. (That's a story for another time).
My soul is a flame that stands for peace, self-liberation, and for awakening on all levels. πͺ·
I'm very aware of the atrocities happening in our world as we speak.
I know that the horrors of our times can make us collapse and threaten our inner light to get very small.
I've been deep in the trenches of inner work with my incredible mentors and soul family communities, and I've come to more fully understand the duty that comes with my privileges is to serve more in the best ways I can.
That means, I get louder about offering safe places for healing work.
I get more bold about spreading the good news—that growth is possible, that changing your life is possible, and that experiencing new ways of relating to yourself and others is possible.
I have to let more people know that myself and others offer real pathways for reconnecting to what is sacred.
And, I create more opportunities to facilitate consciousness evolution for the souls that I am meant to serve.
If I become downtrodden, pessimistic, or believe that I can't make a difference, who does that help?
No one.
In fact, it's a disservice.
I didn't walk through initiation after initiation over the last 14 years, learning how to become a highly skilled healer and hone my spiritual gifts, just to stay small and believe that I can only help the few people who come into my office for an hour a week.
My offerings are my answers to the heartbreak of the world.
β€οΈπ₯ We need each and every person's light now more than ever.
The more we spin our wheels by scrolling on screens and chatting in the comments sections, the more we leak our energy and lose our ability to actually have a positive impact.
β€οΈπ₯ We need more people who are truly awake, who are taking the good, hard look at themselves, their ego, and working with their shadows.
β€οΈπ₯ We need people who are adept at managing their own energy system, which includes their chakras, auric field, and subtle energy channels.
There's no more time to dismiss our energetic and spiritual nature as new age or 'woo-woo'.
β€οΈπ₯ The world needs people who have built the soul strength of equanimity, who can strongly sit with emotions, and have developed the capacity to feel sensations without immediately reacting.
β€οΈπ₯ The world needs people who have a solid framework of deep values and a code of ethics so that they can assess situations and think things through with clear logic.
β€οΈπ₯ The world needs more people who are actively choosing the path of the heart.
β€οΈπ₯ That means that people need both tools and mentors who know how to walk them through the old traumas and bitterness that keep their heart closed to others.
β€οΈπ₯ We need the ones brave enough to be willing to learn how to open up their heart again, as terrifying as it may seem.
β€οΈπ₯ We need the ones ahead of us to show us how to do it.
β€οΈπ₯ Lastly, we need to be doing this work together.
And yes, I fully acknowledge that a lot of personal development, healing, and spiritual awakening work is a solo journey.
And, we go so much farther and so much faster when we accompany each other.
We are all here on this earth.
For now, this is our reality that we find ourselves in.
Earth is our current planetary home, and each one of us makes up humanity as a whole.
The #1 best thing you can do for the world is to work on yourself and your own level of consciousness.
This is my life's work.
It's all I'm here to do. π₯
