Alignment to our heart.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Alignment to our Soul.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Alignment to our Higher Self.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Alignment to our values, our ethics.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To be in integrity.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It can only take a moment to come back into alignment.⠀

Close your eyes. Take a deep breath.⠀⠀⠀
Connect back into this present moment.
